Patent Technologies, LLC is a patent law practice located in the Lennox Tech Center, an emerging technology incubator located adjacent to the campus of Rochester Institute of Technology. We provide complete patent preparation, prosecution and research services using advanced software tools including three-dimensional modeling and simulation of complex electrical and mechanical systems. The use of 21st century techniques makes for a better patent at lower cost. In addition, we operate one of the only research labs in the country that is part of a patent law practice. Patent Technologies is fully integrated with the patent office's advanced electronic filing and file access and retrieval systems, and is certified by the National Association of Patent Practitioners for maintaining high ethical standards in patent practice. Robert Dale Gunderman is a registered United States and Canadian Patent Agent and a licensed Professional Engineer, and the founder of Patent Technologies.
